Un grupo (Chiemgau Impact Research Team, CIRT) que aglutina investigadores de ciencias de la Tierra (ge\u00f3logos, geof\u00edsicos, geomorfologos, impactistas, mineralogistas y petr\u00f3logos), astr\u00f3nomos, arque\u00f3logos e historiadores de la ciencia en cooperaci\u00f3n con historiadores locales est\u00e1 trabajando sobre este extraordinario y espectacular evento.
